Cancellations

In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be processed within hours of when you place your order. This means you have a 1 hour cancellation policy from when your order is placed.

Expenses are incurred once an order is placed with us including artwork production, ordering of materials, and placement of orders with suppliers which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. If an order is cancelled once placed, after the 1 hour policy, Image To Suit You LTD reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.

Payment

Our website will accept most major credit and debit cards at the time of ordering.

Pre-payment is required on all orders.

We do not accept cheques as payment.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We are responsible for each of your website transaction. The payment means used on the website are Paypal and Sagepay. The credit card details you enter are on a secure page and that they are transferred using SSL.

Products & Availability

Products shown and described on our website may not always be in stock. In the event of this situation occurring an estimated delivery time will be provided, or an alternative product offered. It should be noted that delivery dates quoted are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation by Image To Suit You LTD to provide garments by a certain date.

Every effort has been made to display the products offered as accurately as possible, however, the colours you see will depend upon the settings on your monitor. All sizes given are provided by the manufacturers and are approximate for guidance only.

VAT

All adult sizes and application services are subject to VAT ruling at time of delivery. All child sizes are zero-rated. Certain larger children’s sizes may be VAT applicable. Image To Suit You Ltd will abide by all relevant VAT legislation on safety footwear.

Samples

Sample garments can be supplied and will be invoiced - Pre Payment is required, we do not provide FREE samples.

Artwork Guidelines

To avoid unnecessary charges and delays and to ensure you receive the highest quality customisation, please ensure you provide artwork in high resolution JPG, PDF, EPS or AI files. Should you not have the artwork in a format suitable for customisation .

In the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspect of the order such request must be given by the customer to Image To Suit You LTD via email or writing on the same time of ordering.

Image To Suit You LTD will use its best to make the changes in accordance with this request but must reserve the right to charge the customer the additional cost of any such charges arising out of this request and will notify the customer of the costs such as changes at the time of the request, orders requiring new artwork will not be started until artwork approval is confirmed via email or writing by the customer. To ensure your delivery date is met please reply with your approval to us within 24 hours. Any delays in approvals will result in your dispatch date being delayed.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions approved by you, which are not brought to our attention prior to production. Please be aware that typing errors do occur therefore all spellings and numbers should be thoroughly checked. We will only guarantee colour requests if pantone references are given and approved. Customisation size details are also detailed on each approval

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with every garment you order from us. So you can usually return any items for replacement, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from Image To Suit You. No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by Image To Suit You.

If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.

You must organize the return of items to us for any other reason.

We will replace any customised item ONLY if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don't offer returns or refunds on customised items unless they are faulty.

All products returned to Image To Suit you MUST be supplied with proof of purchase.

We have a 28 days refund policy, exchange or credit note.

Credit notes have a 1 year expiry date.

If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.

How to make a return

1. Contact our Customer Services team by calling 01992 710 153 or by email to info@imagetosuityou.com. Please have your invoice details to hand so we can quickly find your account/Order.

2. We will send you a returns note. You need to return this with your garments for them to be processed efficiently.

3. Return unworn garments to us in their original packaging.

4. We will then give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. We aim to complete the refund within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned items.
