We want you to be delighted with every garment you order from us. So you can usually return any items for replacement, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from Image To Suit You. No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by Image To Suit You.
If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.
You must organize the return of items to us for any other reason.
We will replace any customised item ONLY if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don't offer returns or refunds on customised items unless they are faulty.
All products returned to Image To Suit you MUST be supplied with proof of purchase.
We have a 28 days refund policy, exchange or credit note.
Credit notes have a 1 year expiry date.
If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.
How to make a return
1. Contact our Customer Services team by calling 01992 710 153 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your invoice details to hand so we can quickly find your account/Order.
2. Return unworn garments to us in their original packaging.
3. We will then give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. We aim to complete the refund within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned items.
